Waterfront Yoga & Free Wine

Do you love yoga? Do you enjoy wine? Then this is a must freebie for you! Cafe Dufrain at 707 Harbour Post Drive, on Harbor Island, hosts waterfront yoga every Wednesday. After the refreshing workout, they offer complimentary wine. You'll be in the best position to see some of Tampa's landmarks, such as Amalie Arena. Another free bonus: each attendee receives a three-day pass to Harbour Island Athletic Club, one of the premier exercise and tennis facilities in the city.


Beer Tour of the Yuengling Brewing Company

Want to know more about Tampa's beer scene? Check out the Yuengling Brewing Company for a behind-the-scenes education on how to make this favorite beverage. Tour times run Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM in January through March. Starting in April, tours run Monday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM. After the one hour tour, all attendees over age 21 are offered samples of the tasty drink right from the barrel. And really? Who doesn't love free beer?

Tampa Bay Beach Bums

Do you like hitting the sand playing beach volleyball? Tampa Bay Beach Bums located at 5260 42nd Street S, St. Petersburg, is the premier beach volleyball club in town. The best part? They routinely offer free pick up games at venues all over Tampa and St. Petersburg! 

A great way to make friends and to show off your skills is with the Tampa Bay Beach Bums. Information for upcoming pickup games, as well as tournaments and other volleyball happenings, is on their website. Not a volleyball player? Come out and cheer on your friends, as spectators are always welcome! 


The Courtney Campbell Causeway

The Courtney Campbell Causeway is a nine-and-a-half-mile span across Old Tampa Bay where you can see the Bay, palm trees, and colorful sunsets. It includes bike trails, white sandy beaches, and a scenic highway perfect for a Saturday afternoon drive. Stop to take in the sight of boats on the water and enjoy a gorgeous sunset. Or pack a picnic for a waterfront lunch and a dip in the Bay. 

Davis Islands

Want the feel of being on an island without leaving the city? Then take a trip to Davis Islands at 900 Martinique Ave. You'll get to watch the cruise ships depart the port, soak up the sun on the shoreline, and play a game of pickup soccer. Look up, and you'll see the small planes take off from the Peter O. Knight Airport next to Seaplane Basin Park. Be sure to make time to explore the East Davis Island neighborhood with some of Tampa's most prominent homes and celebrity homeowners, like Derek Jeter!
