Please make sure to select the correct course, either HOA (Homeowners Association) or Condominium/Co-op, depending on whichever one best describes your Association.

Our classes are free for clients. There is currently a $25 processing fee for non-clients and managers.

There is no fast-forwarding feature on the video, as the video must be watched in its entirety. However, you will be happy to hear that we have incorporated your feedback and have added some features to allow you to pause the video or close the browser and you will be taken straight back to the place that you stopped so you can pick up where you left off.
